Memorial Presbyterian Church and at Children's Ministry related events for publication or showing in or on the newspaper or television or for any private or public audience as the Christian Education Leaders deem appropriate. I hereby expressly

waive and release all claims which I might have against Tweedsmuir Memorial Presbyterian Church, Orangeville, members of its staff, its employees and agents, in any manner whatsoever related to said photographs, motion pictures,

videotape, television and sound recordings and the use of the publication thereof.
